Kaia Alexander is the CEO/founder of the Entertainment Business School, and host of the Hollywood Wolfpack podcast. She was a development executive on many major motion pictures including JUST FRIENDS (with Ryan Reynolds), PEACEFUL WARRIOR (with Nick Nolte), THE GOOD NIGHT (Gwyneth Paltrow & Penelope Cruz), and HACHI: A DOG’S TALE (with Richard Gere). She was mentored by comedian Garry Shandling. A lifelong history nerd, she’s an award-winning novelist for her book about the burning of the Great Library of Alexandria, Written in the Ashes (Harper Collins). Mark Blutman
Writer/Producer/Director
If you know the family sitcom space, you know Emmy Award winner Mark Blutman. An accomplished and respected professional, Mark has worked on more than 325 episodes of TV during his long and successful career. Known for his work on iconic hits like Boy Meets World, Girl Meets World and So Little Time, Mark brings a wealth of experience and passion to the genre, having been nominated for six Emmy awards as well as a prestigious WGA award. He most recently worked on the Apple + series Ghostwriter for which he won his Emmy.

Mark has also made a significant impact in features, having sold several spec screenplays
including Last Man on Earth to Playtone and Universal. He wrote and directed Spy School starring Anna Sophia Robb and Lea Thompson and his latest feature, Dare To Dream, shoots this Spring with Mark directing for Patriot Pictures. A life-long wrestling fan, Mark recently completed Arigato Tokyo, a drama centering on an aging female wrestler, who despite struggles with addiction and mental health, returns to Japan to reignite her feud with local legend Hoshi “Akachan Panda” Tokao, whose series of brutal death matches in the 90’s made them both rich and famous.
Blutman is also currently adapting best-selling YA book series Gripped… This project is a Friday Night Lights meets Euphoria, a timely story wherein opioid addiction creeps into the world of high school and college athletics. Having a mother who has suffered from mental health issues, Mark is an advocate for more MH awareness and often highlights these struggles in his work. Mark is also attached to Executive Produce and Showrun Holy Grail, a 1 hour YA drama set up at MGM with Roma Downey’s Lightworkers. He currently is developing a new multi-cam Pilot for Disney and is super happy to be back creating for the front runners in quality 4 Quad Television.
Born in New Jersey and raised in Montreal, Mark holds dual citizenship and is an accomplished and dedicated professional, who’s been fortunate to have one project organically lead to the next. He is always grateful for his opportunities and looks forward to the next challenge as he cements a proud and impactful legacy in film and TV.
Kawan Glover
Screenwriter, Author of Favor
Kawan Glover is a screenwriter, and the Chief of Business Development for the Entertainment Business School. He’s a survivor because he has lived through a stroke and three brain surgeries. Despite these hardships, he started his own company, Overcome Adversity, LLC.

A hyphenate whose work marries story with music and champions troubled women who save themselves. A published writer and nominee for three ISADORA DUNCAN AWARDS, Delina won in 2016 for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in “An Open Love Letter to Black Fathers” which she wrote, produced, directed, scored, choreographed, and starred in. Lauren Bancroft is a producer most known for the documentary The Making of Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles with Billie Eilish (Disney+), and the renowned sketch comedy show CBS Showcase 2022, 2023, and 2024 (Paramount).

Lilly is drawn to dark material (horror, thrillers, subcultures) as well as the exploration of archetypes, myth and folklore in storytelling. She has worked on productions for HBO, ITV, and Blumhouse Television. Lilly holds an MFA from Columbia University’s prestigious Film Division. She lives somewhere on the desolate edges of LA county with her husband and two sons.
